Bracha is committed to Integration.
With over 35 years experience in Teaching Torah and practicing yoga, Bracha certified as both a yoga teacher and yoga therapist to better understand how to integrate the teachings of Chassidis and Kaballah in a way that incorporates Mind,Body and Soul. Bracha has created the Tiferet Movement Yoga studio in Rockland County to provide a culturally sensitive environment for Orthodox Jewish Women to get all the benefits of a comprehensive Yoga practice in a studio in which they can be totally comfortable.

Paula is a master yoga teacher well known for owning and operating Nyack’s first, and longest running yoga studio. Paula is a certified advanced Kripalu Yoga Teacher E-RYT500. She is one of the earliest members of the Yoga Alliance and a board member-at-large for the for Yoga Teachers Association (YTA), and is responsible for writing their monthly memo. Paula has graduated a minimum of 150 certified yoga teachers through her teacher certification program. Her classes are a synergy of the best of Eastern and Western ideologies. She is a regular guest master teacher at various yoga studios around the country. Her students have travelled with her to India and Bali on yoga retreats.
The Journal News called Paula, “The Doyenne of Yoga in Rockland.”

Gittel is a certified yoga teacher and a graduate of kinneret yoga ytt program. Her goal is to help women embrace a better quality of life by reconnecting to each woman’s unique feminine spirit through the practice of yoga and mindfulness. She creates a space for women to let go and flow rhythmically. Her classes are playful, soft, and allow for the students personal expression throughout.
