*Adaptive/Chair Yoga
Adaptive/Chair Yoga classes are suitable for people who would appreciate the support of a chair because either they are feeling more fatigued, are in recovery following an injury or have difficulty getting up and down off the floor. The Adaptive/Chair Yoga class is pretty challenging as we work on fitness and strength building a great deal, so even though we have the chair for support, I always say, "Chair Yoga is not for sissies!"
Thursday afternoons 5:00-6:00pm
Sunday mornings 11:00am-12:00pm
